monthly wine tastings
Every month, David hosts a wine tasting where he picks a wine of a region, grape, price and/or vintage. Each taster brings a bottle of his or her choice to the gathering, based on the given criteria.
Tastings are normally done blind, with all bottles bagged and labeled with a number, then poured randomly. Each wine is poured into a separate glass of the same shape and size. Tasters are asked to vote for their top bottles, and scores for all tasters are added up for our results. This is a great deal of fun. Click here for the tasting guidelines.
